Key Responsibilities Stack and pack products securely onto pallets, ensuring stability and adherence to quality standards. Quickly place products into cases or containers to maintain the flow of the production line and meet daily output targets. Inspect items for defects or damage before packing to uphold product integrity. Operate basic packaging equipment, such as sealers or labelers, following safety protocols. Collaborate with production team members to resolve any bottlenecks and optimize workflow. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including end-of-shift cleanup. Assist with inventory counts and loading/unloading as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or packing. Ability to stand for extended periods, consistently lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety guidelines.
