Duties Operate and maintain machinery on the assembly line, ensuring smooth production flow Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Assist with material handling using forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished goods Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to meet safety and quality standards Support the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment as needed Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve operational workflows Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely Strong understanding of assembly line processes and manufacturing procedures Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with material handling equipment Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high attention to quality standards Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout shifts Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities Join us in creating top-tier products while advancing your career in manufacturing!
