• About the

Role:

• As a Packaging Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations on the packaging floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality. You'll motivate your team, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high production standards in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.

• What You'll Do:

• + Supervise and coordinate a team of packaging associates + Ensure efficient workflow, accurate production counts, and adherence to safety standards + Train, mentor, and support team members + Perform quality checks and resolve operational issues + Communicate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments + Maintain records and report on shift performance

• What We're Looking For:

• + Previous packaging AND supervisory experience (required) + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment + Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills + Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
