Our company supports the growth and future of the Aerospace industry and is looking to add a 3rd Shift position to our team to contribute to our advancement. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate part-marking equipment to accurately mark components according to customer and company specifications. Read and follow work instructions, routers, certification paperwork, and basic blueprints. Complete production documentation, including job logs, material pick lists, and disposition tags. Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements. Communicate equipment, material, or supply concerns to supervisors. Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time 3rd shift 11:00-7:00am (Sunday thru Thursday)
Work Environment:
