RPM Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Denton. If you're dependable, hardworking, and enjoy hands-on work where you can see the results of your efforts every day, this opportunity is for you. No experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and become part of a team that values reliability, safety, and productivity.What You'll Do:
- Stack and pack products safely and efficiently onto pallets
- Package products quickly and accurately to keep production running smoothly
- Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or damage
- Operate basic packaging equipment while following safety procedures
- Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory activities as needed
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with end-of-shift cleanup
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Basic math and counting skills
