  • Monday
  • Thursday:
    6:00 AM
  • 3:30
PM and Friday:
6:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM; Occasional weekend shifts may be required:
Saturday:
5:00 or 6:00 AM
  • approximately 1:00 PM Some departments may start as early as 5:00 AM and work extended shifts up to 5:30 PM, including Fridays.
Position Overview We are seeking reliable Production Workers to support operations within a manufacturing facility in Lewisville. This role involves performing a variety of production and assembly tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and willing to learn different production processes including metal fabrication, assembly, welding support, and finishing operations. Responsibilities Assist with various production tasks throughout the manufacturing facility Operate basic fabrication equipment including metal bending machines and resistance welding equipment Hang parts on powder coating lines and support finishing processes Load and position parts or jigging fixtures for welding operations Cut, drill, and prepare metal tubing and components for production Support assembly line operations and assist with product assembly Inspect parts and workpieces to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Follow written and verbal work instructions to complete production tasks Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist team members with materials and equipment needed to complete projects Perform additional production tasks as assigned by department leadership Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Willingness to work overtime when required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move materials throughout the shift Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning fabrication equipment Bilingual (preferred) Opportunity to cross-train in additional manufacturing processes including machine setup and CNC equipment.
