Job Description

We are seeking a Cattle Production Assistant to support daily cattle procedures, data management, and client service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient cattle handling, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high level of service to our clients. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist professional service team with chute side procedures. Maintain accurate records of procedures and data entry. Maintain a clean and safe workspace in cattle handling areas. Prepare chute rooms for daily workload as outlined by weekly work schedule. Low stress handling of recipient and donor animals through working facilities. Provide timely and excellent client service to haul in clients. Assist with recipient and donor activities as needed including weekend rotations. Organize and maintain inventories needed for procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or
GED Physical Requirements:
Job requires ability to work in adverse/outdoor conditions, good physical mobility, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be organized and have effective communication skills. Excellent cattle handling skills and patience is required.
