Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Worker and become a vital part of producing high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with skilled professionals, utilize mechanical and hand tools, and contribute directly to the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for supporting assembly line operations, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring safety and efficiency throughout your shift. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure precise and efficient production. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility. Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assembly line machinery to maintain smooth operations. Conduct quality checks on finished products and components to meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on production goals and communicate any issues or delays promptly. Assist in inventory management by stocking materials and supplies needed for manufacturing processes. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge or background in operating machinery will help you excel in this role. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus. Familiarity with safety procedures within a manufacturing environment is essential. Previous experience working with assembly or manufacturing teams will support your success in this position.
