PM Overtime:

Mandatory as needed We are hiring Production Associates for a busy manufacturing facility in Ennis, TX. This is a hands-on, physical production position manufacturing exterior building products. What You'll Do Work on a fast-paced manufacturing/production line Handle and move materials throughout the production process Assemble and prepare custom-built products Use basic hand tools as required Perform quality checks on finished products Maintain production pace and meet daily expectations Follow all plant safety procedures Keep work areas clean and organized What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift and handle 50-100 lbs., including large or awkward materials Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility Comfortable using hand tools; may occasionally use a hand saw Able to stand and perform physical work for a 12-hour shift Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Able to work every other weekend Available for mandatory overtime, including an additional day when scheduled

Pay & Schedule Base Pay:

$17.25/hr 2nd

+$1.50/hr 3rd
