1:30pm-10:00pm Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support Lead and support operators within assigned work cells Provide training and development to less experienced team members Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for the team Monitor daily production, quality, and safety performance Promote a positive team environment and strong communication Provide feedback and model professional, ethical behavior Identify and suggest process improvements Technical Duties Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including saws, mills, lathes, presses, and routers Perform precision machining operations with tight tolerances Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Complete work orders and documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace (6S standards) Qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal errors Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Intermediate math skills Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs Willingness to work overtime as needed Education & Experience Technical degree preferred OR equivalent experience 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods Lift and/or move up to 40 lbs regularly Good vision, including close focus and adjustment Work Environment Manufacturing/shop environment (not climate controlled) Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures PPE required, including possible respirator use May work around chemicals and industrial equipment Equipment Used Table saws, chop saws, radial arm saws, routers, lathes, presses, band saws, panel saws, shears, and more. #
