Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance Follow established procedures to produce, package, and label food products accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with

HACCP, CGMP

(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management by handling raw materials and finished goods with care and precision Support adherence to FDA regulations and food safety protocols throughout all stages of production Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, portioning, and quality checks Use forklifts or other material handling equipment safely when required for moving ingredients or finished products Monitor product quality during production runs, identifying any deviations or issues for immediate resolution Document production activities accurately, including batch records and sanitation logs Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards Skills Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and overall food safety practices within a food processing plant Experience in food production or manufacturing environments, preferably within the food industry Understanding of sanitation procedures critical for maintaining a safe food processing environment Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality assessments Familiarity with packaging processes used in the food industry Ability to operate forklifts or similar material handling equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment This position is essential for ensuring the consistent production of safe, high-quality food products.
