Job Summary Pronto Staffing is now hiring for an entry-level production role at a local manufacturing facility. In this position, you will help make and finish company products using specialized production equipment. This is a great opportunity to learn new industrial skills with a stable schedule and excellent benefits after hire. Responsibilities Remove parts from molds and trim off excess material Inspect finished products closely for any defects or warpage Pack and clean products safely for shipping Prepare production molds by cleaning them and adding required parts Weigh out materials and fill production buckets with the correct materials Assist with changing out machinery parts and keeping equipment balanced Requirements Ability to use basic hand tools and air tools Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and speak English No prior experience is required as full training is provided Work Environment Standing for long periods of time Lifting up to 50 lbs independently Working indoors with changing temperatures (hot and cold) Working with regular noise and repetitive hand movements Wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and required steel-toe boots Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual 10 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance 401(k) eligibility
