Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer. Pay and incentives $25.00/hour base rate Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend schedules Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws What you'll do Direct daily activities for a team of production employees Keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to spec Stage materials and sequence priorities to hit targets Track progress and escalate issues promptly Train, mentor, and support team members (including new hires) Model standard work and reinforce safety and policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area Perform other duties as assigned Must-haves Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting Ability to communicate clearly in English (critical for safety and coordination) Comfort in a physically active, fast-paced environment Nice-to-haves 1-3 years of manufacturing experience Prior team lead, trainer, or informal leadership experience Familiarity with ERP or production tracking tools High-volume or shift-based manufacturing background Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) Core strengths Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality Lead by example; elevate team performance Clear communicator and practical problem solver Organized and adaptable under changing priorities Environment and safety Floor-based role with extended standing and walking Typical manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials) PPE required and provided where applicable Grow with CelLink Be part of a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing team Opportunities to advance into Supervisor roles Supportive, collaborative environment
