Job Description

Malone is hiring for Production Operators on all shifts at one of the leading manufacturers in the Georgetown, TX area! To apply you must have some manufacturing experience. This is an excellent opportunity with a highly reputable company, apply today as these positions will go fast! Production operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the manufacturing of high conductance flexible circuits. These are temp to hire roles, apply today!

Shift Details :
B Shift is 6:00PM to 6:00AM Monday through Thursday paying $20.50 per hour C shift is 6:00AM to 6:00PM Friday through Monday paying $20 per hour D shift is 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Friday through Monday paying $21.50 per hour
Production Operator Responsibilities:
Read work orders, set up, run and reset specified manufacturing equipment consistent with customer requirements, established production and quality standards, notify lead/supervisor of equipment failure or problems; seek to improve efficiency and make process change recommendations to Supervisors. Prepare product throughout the production process using safety knives, scissors, & tweezers. Locate, stock, build, & manage WIP from the production line in terms of storage & inventory control; load and unload material onto or from production fixed equipment to carriers & mobile racks; deliver WIP safely & efficiently throughout the production line & prepare shipments for delivery. Operate safety sensitive and heavy equipment such as electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, & fixed equipment. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Production Operator Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent preferred Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing/production floor experience. Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and a background check Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Malone is an equal opportunity employer
