In this role, you will oversee the entire print production process, ensuring high-quality output across various printing methods including digital, large-format, and screen printing. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and machine operation will be essential to delivering exceptional print materials for advertising, marketing, and branding purposes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to quality control to support our mission of producing visually compelling and precise printed products. Duties Operate and maintain a variety of printing equipment including large-format printers, flexo presses, and digital printers to ensure optimal performance. Interpret production documents accurately to determine specifications for layout, color matching, materials, and finishing techniques. Manage color calibration and color management processes to achieve consistent and accurate color reproduction across all print jobs. Execute prepress tasks using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other prepress software to prepare files for printing. Perform cutting, paper binding, and finishing procedures to meet project specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments. Adjust industrial equipment such as presses or machining tools for precision manufacturing and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Collaborate with graphic designers on layout design, typography, and print advertising projects to ensure fidelity from digital concept to final product. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and quality. Requirements Proven experience in print production or manufacturing environments involving graphic design, press operation, or industrial equipment adjustment. Strong knowledge of color management principles, prepress processes, and print technologies including digital printing, screen printing, and flexo presses. Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as prepress software tools. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot large-format printers, presses, cutters, and binding machinery. Understanding of print material properties including paper types and finishing techniques. Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for color accuracy and print quality standards. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaborating with designers, operators, and clients across diverse teams.
