General Production Worker Job Description The General Production Worker will play a crucial role in the installation of new machines and will receive training to operate these machines once they are fully operational. The role requires experience with hand and power tools and the flexibility to assist in various areas as the company is ramping up production. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of new machinery. Train to operate machines once they are operational. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Support various production activities as needed. Essential Skills Experience with production processes. Proficient in machine operation. Ability to use a tape measure accurately. Experience with power and hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with roll forming machine operations is a significant advantage. Willingness to train and learn new processes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
