What We Offer Weekly pay of $18 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Overtime available Weekly Pay Production Packaging Operators Tasks & Duties Load and unload items packaging machines (conveyors, film rolls, glue, boxes). Operate machinery used in the packaging process to produce product with the instruction and assistance of packaging technician. Place products in packaging equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping. Examine products on packaging area to verify conformance to quality standards. Start machines or equipment to begin Packaging processes. Takes physical counts on packaging items and reports these to the immediate Packaging supervisor and/or packaging technicians. Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in the handling and operation of mechanical equipment and tools. Production Packaging Operators Shift Info 2-2-3 Shift, 7:00 to 7:30 Must be available to work every other weekend Must be available to work day shift and night shift for 12 hours Production Packaging Operators Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Production Associates experience preferred within a food manufacturing environment Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure all systems meet company and industry standards. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management regarding work status, issues, and solutions. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
