You'll be: Working in a safe and efficient manner, using all required personal protective equipment and following safety guidelines Cleaning, trimming, and assembling components using hand tools; ensuring fit, form, and function Maintaining continuous production and packaging cycles to prevent workstation buildup Ensuring finished product quality for maximum customer satisfaction Training new hires and assisting other departments as needed Actively participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives (CI, 5S, STW) Performing other duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 1 year of continuous employment experience (required) Are committed to working safely and efficiently Enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable using hand tools Have a keen eye for quality and attention to detail Are willing to train others and assist across departments Are enthusiastic about contributing to process improvements What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
