As a Manufacturing Line Associate, you'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring every product meets our high standards. You'll work alongside a team that values precision, efficiency, and collaboration to keep our operations running at peak performance. What You'll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro): Run CNC machinery and equipment like a pro, keeping production moving efficiently and safely. Assemble, inspect, or package our cabinets with precision to meet top-tier quality standards. Keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring workflow and minimizing downtime. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace. Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety. Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in manufacturing or production; in cabinetry is a must. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy. A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision. Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed. Basic mechanical know-how and problem-solving abilities and tape measure reading The ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds when required #HillsboroJobs
