Entry-level role with prior general labor experience required Experience in a pipe yard or outdoor/industrial environment preferred Experience handling pipes or heavy materials strongly preferred Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (heat, cold, rain) Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Reliable transportation and stable work history required Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures Ability to frequently lift over 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb for extended periods Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Why This Role? Responsibilities Assist Lead with organizing and staging pipes by size at the start of each shift Remove caps and prepare pipes for processing Support sandblasting operations, including controlling airflow during the process Assist with spraying pipes (lacquer application) and rotating pipes for full coverage Help with stenciling and marking pipes to identify grade and size Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors Forklift Job.
