Responsibilities Greet families, visitors, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism at the front desk Manage all code calls from classrooms Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
