Kustom Grain is looking for a dependable Shop Helper / Production Assistant to work alongside our shop lead and help with daily production. This is a hands-on, entry-level position. Woodworking experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person. Responsibilities Handle, move, and organize lumber and materials Sand and prepare wood for finishing Assist with staining, coating, and finishing Help with assembly and production Use basic hand and power tools Package and prepare completed products Organize tools and shop supplies Keep the shop clean and organized Sweep, take out trash, and handle general shop cleanup Assist the shop lead with daily production needs What We're Looking For Dependable and on time Strong work ethic Willing to learn Able to follow instructions Comfortable working with your hands Detail-oriented Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. Comfortable standing and doing physical work throughout the day Experience in woodworking, construction, automotive, fabrication, painting, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but not required. We can teach the skills. We need someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in their work.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
