Precision Production Equipment Operator

Step Into a Day on Our Floor When the 2nd shift kicks off at our advanced manufacturing site in Katy, TX 77493, you'll check the production plan, gear up at your station, and bring sophisticated equipment online. You'll keep a sharp eye on performance, complete in-process checks with calipers and micrometers, and collaborate with teammates to keep output on pace and on spec. If a machine isn't behaving, you'll flag it fast and help get it back to peak performance. Throughout the shift, you'll practice strict safety, keep your area organized, and contribute ideas during ongoing training. What You'll Do Run and monitor production machinery for consistent throughput and quality. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work cell. Assemble and package components to documented specifications. Perform quality inspections to verify products meet standards. Work closely with your team to meet production targets and deadlines. Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly to supervisors. Participate in training and development to build your skills. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus. Team-player mindset with strong communication skills. Attention to detail and a passion for quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Availability for 2nd shift, with weekends as needed. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Core Competencies Comfort with shop math.
