Job Description
Lone Star Custom Clothing is a busy custom apparel and print shop in Katy, TX. We do embroidery, DTF printing, screen printing, and laser engraving for local businesses, teams, and organizations. We're growing and need dependable people to join our production team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're hiring for two types of roles: 1. Experienced print shop operators- If you've run an embroidery machine, screen press, DTF printer, or engraver before, we want to talk. Tell us what equipment you've worked on. 2. Hard-working trainees
- No print experience?
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate and assist with embroidery, DTF, screen printing, and engraving equipment
- Prep garments and materials for production
- Weed, press, and finish DTF transfers
- Help with screen prep, printing, and cleanup
- Quality-check finished work before it ships
- Fold, bag, count, and stage completed orders
- Keep the production floor clean and organized
- General shop labor as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Show up on time, every day
- reliability is the #1 thing
- Good attention to detail (this is a quality business)
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working with your hands and learning machines
- Team player with a good attitude
- Print shop, embroidery, screen printing, or sign/decoration experience is a big plus but NOT required
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift. Reliable attendance required.HOW TO APPLY
