ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSArrive on time and ready for each scheduled shift Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards Operate assembly and production machinery at the start of each shift Monitor equipment to ensure products are assembled correctly Assemble parts by hand and with power tools (drilling, welding, soldering, fastening) Inspect finished products and remove defective items from the line Apply labels, logos, and finishing details to completed products Package completed items and prepare them for shipment Unload, organize, and stock incoming materials and inventory Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Clean and maintain production equipment regularly Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns to a supervisor Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and handling materials Communicate production issues and help ensure deadlines are met 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or construction environment (1-2 years preferred) Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Familiarity with reading gauges, monitors, or basic equipment indicators Strong attention to detail for quality control Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment or production issues Ability to lift up to 40 pounds #psbrenham
