Full-time Job Description We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Factory Worker / Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, using power tools, reading measurements, and performing physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications. Read and use a measuring tape accurately. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs on a regular basis. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and follow measurements. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction environments.
