We are looking for a General Production Team Member to join our crew and help us keep quality high and operations moving fast. What You'll Do Our production team handles multiple processes to bring our products to life. You'll get hands-on training and may work across:

Embroidery:

running and maintaining machines, headwear, soft goods and more.

Screen Printing:

setting up screens, pulling quality prints, and ensuring accuracy. Direct To Garment (DTG)

Printing:

operating Epson 3070s and maintaining equipment. Direct To Film (DTF)

Transfers :

prepping, pressing, and applying prints.

Laser Engraving :

detailed engraving on leather, glassware, drinkware and more.

Sewing & Finishing:

Using a post stich machine to sew patches on hats and Bar Tack Machines for woven labels on garments.

Fulfillment & Packaging:

ensuring orders are Correct and quality of items leaving the warehouse are the best we can. Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new machines, techniques, and processes . Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
