Direct Hire A growing commercial printing company in Lancaster, Texas is seeking experienced 2nd Pressmen/Feeders to support Heidelberg and KBA offset press operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities 2nd Pressman /

Feeder Duties:

Assist the Lead Pressman with press setup, operation, and cleanup. Stage paper, ink, plates, and other materials for production jobs. Monitor print quality and make minor adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support preventative maintenance and routine press upkeep. Follow safety procedures and production schedules. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience operating Heidelberg offset presses. Experience with KBA presses is a plus. Some experience hanging plates preferred. Strong understanding of press setup, color management, and production workflow. At least 1 year of experience assisting on offset presses preferred. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. High school diploma or equivalent.
