Full Job Description Overview:

We are currently hiring a Mill Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuous feeding of the mill with acceptable raw materials while operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Skills and Experience:

Job Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment and machinery to feed raw materials into the mill. Monitor the continuous flow of materials to maintain production. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform basic production-related tasks as assigned. Work effectively with team members to meet production goals. Requirements No previous experience required - training will be provided. Basic math skills. Welding experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lift over 100 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and maintain balance as needed.
