Mon-Thurs:

6:00 AM•3:30

PM Friday:

6:00 AM•10:00 AM Saturdays (as needed during projects): 5:00/6:00 AM•1:00 PM Some departments may start at 5:00 AM and work up to 5:30 PM, including Fridays. Position Overview Seeking reliable Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Lewisville. This role includes supporting production, assembly, and basic fabrication while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to learning processes like metal fabrication, welding support, and finishing. Key Responsibilities Perform general production and assembly tasks Operate basic fabrication equipment (bending machines, resistance welders) Assist with powder coating, hanging parts, and finishing processes Load/position parts for welding and prepare materials (cutting, drilling) Inspect parts for quality and follow work instructions Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with the team and support production needs as required Requirements High school diploma or GED Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screen Willingness to work overtime Physical Requirements Lift 30-50 lbs regularly Stand for extended periods Bend, reach, and move materials throughout shift Opportunity to cross-train in additional manufacturing processes including machine setup and CNC equipment.
