Job Summary:
The Production Administrator provides administrative and production control support for the Components Manufacturing operation by ensuring production documentation, fabrication drawings, work orders, labels, tags, and manufacturing records are prepared accurately and distributed on time. This role supports efficient production flow by coordinating documentation between Engineering, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping. The Production Administrator serves as a key resource for maintaining document accuracy, tracking production paperwork, supporting manufacturing schedules, and ensuring production teams have the information necessary to fabricate products safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements.Responsibilities:
- Prepare, print, organize, and distribute fabrication drawings, work orders, tags, labels, and manufacturing documentation.
- Assemble complete production work packets to support daily manufacturing operations.
- Verify production documentation is complete, current, and accurately reflects engineering revisions.
- Coordinate timely release of documentation to support production schedules.
- Maintain document control and revision history in accordance with company procedures Assist supervisors and production personnel by providing documentation required to execute manufacturing activities.
- Track work orders and production paperwork throughout the manufacturing process. Support production meetings by preparing reports and production information.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for production records, documents, and completed work orders.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with production status updates and manufacturing reporting.
- Support departmental projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Experience:
Previous administrative, clerical, or manufacturing support experienceEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent- Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle confidential and company-sensitive information with professionalism
Pay:
$18.00- $22.
