We are looking for a Hot Water Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, lead an assembly team, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, Flexible 10-hour shift; occasional overtime as needed
Pay Rate:
$18/hour
Duties:
Lead a team of 14-17 employees responsible for assembly, testing, and packaging of manufactured products. Monitor production progress and update the production results board hourly to meet daily goals. Prepare work areas by reviewing assembly instructions, gathering parts, tools, and materials, and ensuring materials are available when needed. Assemble and inspect components, troubleshoot production issues, identify non-conforming products, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of production operations experience, preferably in a Lead or supervisory role. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. High School Diploma or GED preferred; ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and support process improvements.
