Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spooler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by managing the spooling of materials efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong understanding of quantum engineering principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate spooling machinery to prepare materials for production runs. Monitor the spooling process to ensure quality standards are met. Adjust machinery settings as needed based on material specifications. Conduct regular maintenance checks on spooling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the spooling process. Maintain accurate records of production output and material usage. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
