What You'll Do Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations. Assemble, package, or prepare products according to detailed specifications and quality standards. Perform routine quality checks, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets. Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance as needed. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
