We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer / Screen Print Production Associate . This position will primarily work in our print shop producing screen-printed apparel, while also assisting with general production, organization, and day-to-day shop needs. No screen-printing experience is required — we are willing to train the right person! We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with a team, and takes pride in producing quality work. Primary Responsibilities Assist with and operate screen-printing equipment to print shirts and other apparel Prepare garments and materials for production Load, unload, organize, count, and stack apparel throughout the printing process Check finished products for print quality and accuracy Assist with preparing and completing print orders Lift and move boxes, apparel, supplies, and other materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print shop Perform light cleaning, including sweeping, wiping down work areas, taking out trash, and keeping production areas organized Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving inventory when needed Help with other general shop, warehouse, and production tasks as assigned Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.

Applicants should be comfortable:

Standing and moving for extended periods of time Working in a fast-paced production environment Repetitively using hands and arms during the printing process Bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday Regularly lifting and moving boxes or materials weighing approximately 40-50 lbs. Ability to work in a warm/hot production environment for extended periods. The screen-printing process requires the use of a commercial conveyor dryer that produces significant heat in the work area, particularly during warmer months. Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical tasks in these conditions throughout the workday. Day Performance Evaluation:

Employees will receive a performance evaluation after approximately 60 days to review attendance, reliability, work quality, productivity, screen-printing progress, and overall performance. Opportunities for additional responsibilities and compensation adjustments may be discussed based on performance.
