This role involves following established recipes, preparing ingredients, pouring and molding soaps, and ensuring each product meets the company's standards for quality and consistency. An artistic eye is important, as the associate will help create visually appealing designs, color patterns, and finishes that make each bar unique. In addition to production duties, this position may support packaging, labeling, and inventory tasks to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. The associate will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and creative, with a willingness to learn and an interest in understanding the ingredients, techniques, and artistry behind Olliepop Soaps products.
