About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented PMC (Production & Material Control) Specialist to support production planning and supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating material flow, production scheduling, and cross-functional communication to ensure efficient and reliable operations. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Coordination Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to support manufacturing operations Ensure alignment between production plans and material availability Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed Material & Inventory Management Track material availability and ensure timely supply for production needs Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams on material flow Supplier & Order Tracking Track purchase orders, supplier status, and delivery timelines Identify potential delays and proactively communicate with internal teams Support resolution of supply chain issues Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth execution Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues and improve coordination Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain accurate production and material planning data Generate reports related to production, inventory, and material planning Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred 1+ years of experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain (manufacturing environment preferred) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Skills Strong Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis) Strong communication and coordination skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks and solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
