Ensures Quality Systems (for example, CAPA, Non-Conformance, Trending, Customer Complaints, System/Process Change Control, etc. ) compliance and drives improvements by providing guidance and ensuring corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented adequately and timely; recording and recommending improvements regarding sensitive information; auditing food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing practices; issuing non-conformance to necessary processes; notifying leaders and associates for gaps in quality programs; monitoring status of actions and closure; and assessing corrective and/or preventative action effectiveness. Supports setting compliance and/or regulatory objectives for increased efficiencies, compliance, and quality relating to the business by participating in customer/regulatory audits through the presentation of programs and records; identifying process improvements; supporting continuous improvement initiatives; preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and creating Annual Product Reviews for management decision making. Ensures products are produced to specification by verifying all documentation requirements; monitoring adherence to meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
