Pay Rate:
$21.73/hr | 4-On/4-Off Schedule | Day & Night Shifts- Kelly is hiring for BC Machine Operators to join our partner Ethicon, part of Johnson & Johnson's world-class medical manufacturing team! Nights:
- Training may be provided on either shift. Day shift (6:30 am - 6:30 pm) or Night shift (6:30 pm - 6:30 am). +

What You'll Do:
- + Operate, monitor, and adjust state-of-the-art machinery for sterile suture product manufacturing + Load and unload suture products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency + Complete packaging and documentation with precision and care + Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized + Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001) + Support reporting and deep cleaning as part of your role + Communicate proactively with your team and management + Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor •
What We're Looking For:
- + High school diploma or equivalent + Good organizational and time management skills + Willingness to attend safety and environmental training + Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods + Ready for repetitive, hands-on work in a production environment + Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Ready for a job where your work matters?
