Textile Associate Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Textile Associate supports daily textile manufacturing operations by operating equipment, handling materials, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position helps ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor textile production machinery and equipment.
Load raw materials, yarn, fabric, and supplies into machines as needed.
Inspect finished and in-process products for quality and defects.
Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
Remove, package, and prepare finished products for shipment or further processing.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areas.
Maintain production records and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and goals.
Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Previous manufacturing or textile experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour | Full-time | Overtime opportunities may be available.
