We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hands-on production role. This position plays an important part in supporting daily manufacturing operations, helping ensure products are assembled, packaged, inspected, and prepared to meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities Assist with production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Operate basic equipment and follow standard work instructions and safety procedures. Inspect products and materials to help ensure quality standards are met. Package, label, sort, and prepare finished goods for shipping or storage. Maintain an organized and clean work area throughout the shift. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding workflow, quality concerns, or equipment issues. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and production schedules. Support additional tasks as needed to help meet daily production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse settings is helpful but not required. Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks during the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Basic communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
