Position Summary The Assembly Line Team Leader is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting a team of Assembly Team Members to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. This role serves as a key link between production teams and management and plays a critical role in establishing a strong culture as the San Antonio facility launches.
