Service Uniform is looking for dependable Washroom Production Team Members to help keep our operation moving efficiently and safely every day. This role is critical to ensuring customer garments and products are processed accurately, on time, and to company quality standards. If you're someone who likes staying busy, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in getting the job done right — we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Operate industrial washers and dryers using company systems and wash formulas Load and unload garments, mats, towels, and other products throughout the shift Ensure all products are washed accurately, safely, and on schedule Record production and machine load information daily Monitor equipment and report any operational issues to leadership Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the washroom area Remove lint from dryers and steam tunnel equipment daily Support cross-training initiatives and assist in other production areas as needed Work closely with leadership and teammates to improve workflow and efficiency Participate in department meetings and safety initiatives What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and company procedures Basic computer and touchscreen skills Team-player mentality with a positive attitude Self-motivated and willing to learn multiple positions Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is an active production role that requires: Standing and walking for extended periods of time Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally Working in a loud industrial environment with varying temperatures Working safely around machinery and production equipment Schedule & Benefits
