Shift Differentials:

CFAN Company, a joint venture, is looking for dependable production associates to join our team. The production associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. Job duties might include working with raw materials, picking and sorting plies, producing kits, bagging and labeling, applying raw material on to the tool by following planning; prepare bags for compactions, pushing/pulling carts to stage blades, utilizing hand tools, etc. Employees will work in a team environment. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
