This is a hands-on production position involved in multiple stages of manufacturing custom plantation shutters. Employees in this position will be cross-trained in different areas of our factory and may perform a variety of duties depending on production needs. These duties may include machine operation, woodworking, assembly, sanding, painting, finishing, material handling, and other production-related tasks. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn multiple aspects of our manufacturing process. Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Operating woodworking and manufacturing machinery Cutting and processing shutter components Assembling shutter frames, panels, louvers, and related components Sanding and preparing products for finishing Painting, spraying, staining, and finishing shutter components Performing final assembly and quality-control inspections Reading production paperwork, measurements, and job specifications Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Moving materials and completed products throughout the factory Loading and unloading materials when needed Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment Following company production procedures and safety requirements Moving between production stations as workload and scheduling require Assisting other team members and departments as needed What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be dependable and arrive to work on time Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Be willing to learn and perform multiple jobs within the factory Work efficiently while maintaining quality Pay close attention to measurements and details Be comfortable working with machinery, tools, paint, wood, and other manufacturing materials Be able to follow instructions and established production procedures Work well independently and as part of a team Take responsibility for the quality of their work Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Previous manufacturing, woodworking, painting, carpentry, machine-operation, or assembly experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position.

Employees must be able to:

Stand and work on their feet for extended periods Bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull materials Safely handle wood products and manufacturing materials Perform repetitive production tasks Work around machinery, sawdust, paint, and other normal manufacturing conditions Safely lift and carry materials and finished products as required by the position Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals as required by applicable law.

Full-Time Paid Vacation:

1 week of paid vacation per year, subject to company vacation policies and scheduling requirements.
