Full-time | Dupont Schedule (12-hour rotating shifts: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM / 6:00 PM-6:00 AM) LINK Staffing is hiring Production Operators in Seabrook for a full-time role paying $18.00/hr. This position works a Dupont schedule with rotating day and night 12-hour shifts. You'll be hands-on in a plant environment supporting extrusion, material handling, and packaging. Job Highlights $18.00/hr Full-time, 12-hour rotating schedule Day and night shift rotation Hands-on production work Plant environment What You'll Do Load and stage raw materials for production runs Blend resin and prepare materials for extrusion Monitor and support extrusion equipment during operation Package finished product to meet production targets Handle bulk materials, including lifting 50 lb. bags Take samples and perform basic product checks Keep work area clean and assist with equipment rounds What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Able to stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working around machinery and basic computer systems Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Why Apply Steady full-time schedule Consistent hours with rotating shifts Hands-on industrial experience Apply Now Apply today to be considered for this Production Operator role in Seabrook.
