The Production er supports daily shop operations by assisting skilled trades professionals and ensuring materials, equipment, and workspaces are properly prepared and maintained. This role plays a critical part in preparing assemblies andponents for welding, finishing, and shipment.

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday - 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist welders, fitters, machine operators, painters, sandblasters, and mechanics as directed Handle materials and perform general shop support duties Clean and prep welds and base metals Perform abrasive cleaning, sweeping, and washing of equipment and work areas Maintain a clean, safe, andanized workspace Ensure tools, machines, and supplies are properly maintained and stored Use and maintain required safety equipment at all times equipment issues promptly and stop work if safety risks are present

Qualifications:

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Strong attention to detail andmitment to safety Willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

Regular physical activity, including lifting, standing, and moving materials Exposure to industrial shop conditions (noise, dust, machinery) Must ad to all safety and protective equipment requirements Why Join Adecco? Pay Details:
