We are located at 1015 N Austin Street, Seguin, Tx 78155 Quality Bioresources, Inc. provides lyophilization and manufacturing services to clients worldwide. We have more than 20 years of experience in lyophilization of sensitive enzymes, diagnostic products, pharmaceutical intermediates and cosmetic ingredients. Additional Quality Bioresources, Inc. services include powder fills, liquid fills, packaging, labeling and kitting. With over 20,000 sq. ft. of facility, we have dedicated areas for the following: Manufacturing and lyophilization Laboratories Clean rooms Packaging and Labeling Shipping and Receiving Climate controlled warehousing As a Production Specialist you will perform various tasks in the Production Department.
Task and Duties Tube/vial preparation:
rack, dispense, cap and crimp Label and package various products Operate dispensing/filling equipment Assist with loading/unloading lyophilizers Perform 100% visual inspection Complete final packaging Maintain cleanliness of production areas, clean rooms and equipment Accurately complete paperwork Regularly required to stand for long periods of time Requirements Must be able to read well enough to understand process instructions, work orders, and other paperwork. Understand basic math to verify job requirements and specifications. Have legible handwriting. Physically capable of loading and unloading trays and safely lifting boxes and containers up to 30 pounds. Must have a full range of body movements Education High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent Experience One year of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
