Temp RPM Staffing is recruiting Production Associates for 2nd shift in Sherman, TX! We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals with experience to join our team. Candidates who are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
Use a torch during the battery manufacturing process. Watch battery charging equipment and enter information into a computer. Check batteries for leaks and monitor temperatures during production. Operate machines that seal battery parts together. Assemble battery components by hand. Move materials and products using a forklift when needed. Pack and prepare products for shipping. Use basic hand tools to complete job tasks. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required Ability to safely operate forklift Comfortable working with tools and equipment in an industrial setting Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift Basic computer skills for monitoring production processes English proficiency required
