Position Summary:

Eternity Technologies is seeking hard-working employees who appreciate a supportive and positive work environment, to join our growing team in Sherman, Texas. Eternity Technologies is a leading provider of industrial batteries used in warehouse applications around the country. Prior assembly and / or warehouse experience is preferred, but, not required. Each employee will receive comprehensive hands-on training to ensure their success within our operation. Starting hourly pay of $20/hr Requirements / Job duties include but are not limited to: Ability to work both in small teams or autonomously, and adhere to production schedule Adhere to proper use of workplace Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to read process documents, and, pick and pack production orders Assemble large-format industrial batteries based on production order requirements. Use of manual and semi-automated tools is required, as well as good manual dexterity for hand assembly tasks. Ability to safety lift products, at times exceeding 50 lbs. Accurately count warehouse materials and document findings Clean and maintain warehouse to ensure a safe and organized environment Use an oxygen

• acetylene torch in the battery manufacturing process Run semi-automated heat-sealing machines to enclose lead plates inside of battery cell

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with direct current electrical systems Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment Familiarity with motive power or lead-acid battery production processes (cell assembly, charging, formation, testing).

Work Environment & Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours), on-site role at our Sherman, Texas facility. Monday-Friday with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed based on production demands. 1st shift: 0600
